  1. This is the program package for decoding ARSENE satellite telemetry on line
  2. that you asked for.

  4. A version in French is also provided with the international version in 
  5. English.

  7. This package is distributed free of charge by ATEPRA (Association Technique
  8. pour l'Experimentation du Packet RadioAmateur) and can be copied without
  9. copyright.
  10.  
  11. Half of the request we received did not include any floppy disk nor SASE.
  12. A number of radioamateurs were very kind in providing IRCs or bank checks.
  13. They should be congratulated as this helped us to buy floppy disks and pay
  14. the postage for all others.

  16. If you were among those who did not provide SASE envelops or floppy disk
  17. you can still support the ARSENE project by sending any kind of contribution
